PUBLIC

The record anyone can inspect.

Mission, program direction, claim status, review dates, and plain explanations of what remains unverified belong on the public site.

PROTECTED

The evidence qualified reviewers may need.

Application materials, governance correspondence, identity data, NDA receipts, and sensitive supporting documents stay in the separate review room. Protected evidence is never published from this public site.

APPROVED SECURITY DIRECTION

How invited review will work

Secure room planned
  1. 01

    Governance invitation

When an application or governance correspondence creates a real review need, governance adds the reviewer’s exact email to the approved list.

  2. 02

    Authenticated identity

The protected room is designed for invitation-only exact-email access through Cloudflare Zero Trust, with the origin validating the signed Access identity.

  3. 03

    Hash-bound NDA

First authenticated entry requires NDA acceptance bound to the authenticated identity and document hash. A changed NDA requires a new receipt.

  4. 04

    Time-bounded evidence

Approved reviewers may inspect only the evidence assigned to their review. Access lasts 90 days unless revoked earlier by governance.

  5. 05

    Durable public record

Public summaries remain available as the record evolves. Sensitive evidence, reviewer identity, governance correspondence, and NDA receipts remain protected.
